Black mold could be growing in your washing machine without you knowing it.

Yes, that is what you think it is.

This mom noticed something weird about her washing machine and when she took a look inside she noticed that there was black mold growing inside of it.

She had been using this washing machine for years, cleaning her family’s clothes and it had gone unnoticed.

For those that are unaware, there are certain health risks for being in close contact with mold.

These risks include but are not limited to:

  • Nasal stuffiness
  • Coughing and wheezing
  • Eye and skin irritation
  • Chronic fatigue and persistent headaches

For this reason alone, you should take time to carefully examine your washing machine to make sure that you are not being exposed to dangerous molds.

The quickest way to get rid of this issue is to use white vinegar or bleach to clean inside of your washer’s seal. Do this at least once a week to keep mold and mildew at bay.
